What is the most important consideration for our customers when buying new wheels?
We recently conducted an email survey of over 1000 wheel customers to answer this question.

These findings on customers buying habits when purchasing new wheels are consistent with what we’ve seen in our 20+ years of dealing with customers. Like anything else, a balanced approach to purchasing new wheels makes the most sense. For example, if you purchase wheels that look great but aren’t fitting your car properly, you’re going to eventually have to either remove the wheels or replace them with your stock wheels, no matter how good they looked — like buying a great looking pair of sneakers a size too small.
On the contrary, if you purchase a set of wheels that fits great but doesn’t match your style preferences, you will be reminded of that each and every day when you get into your car to drive.
The best thing to do is find a reputable company first and foremost — one with an established reputation for selling high quality wheels. Usually this means that any wheels you purchase from this company will fit your vehicle correctly or your money back. Then find a style that suits your taste and a price that works for your budget and order your new wheels.
